Dashboards in Annata 365 for Sales is a useful way to get overview of sales related tasks, such as test drives and open opportunities, as well as keeping track of what the current sales pipeline looks like. It provides graphic representation of data in the app and insights into ongoing business in the sales organization. Additionally, it provides salespersons information on matters they need to act upon.

Dashboards in Annata 365 for Sales is the place where many users are likely start their day and spend a considerable amount of time as they provide a summarized view of and easy access to current activities.

Where to find dashboards

To open dashboards, select Dashboards in the site map. Your default dashboard opens first, but you can open another dashboard by selecting from the list of dashboards available to you.

Set a dashboard as the default

To see a specific dashboard every time you sign in to Annata 365 Sales, set it as the default. To do this, open the dashboard, and then select Set as Default in the site map.

Interactive charts and drill-down capabilities

You can use the interactive charts to easily drill down into the underlying data or break the data down further by a specific attribute.

For example, if you want to slice data by Brand, you can select the relevant data element in a chart, then select to break down by the Brand attribute and which style of chart you want to show (here bar chart):
 

This will show the chosen set of data broken down by Brand. You can continue to drill down further from here or go back to the original chart by choosing the Home (house) icon.

Sales manager dashboard

The Sales Manager Dashboard provides an overview of the sales pipeline and other statistical information about the sales organization.

In the Sales Manager Dashboard you can:

  • View open opportunities and their estimated revenue by various stages in the process (Sales Pipeline).
  • View open opportunities and their estimated revenue by businesses (Estimated Revenue by Business).
  • View open opportunities and their estimated revenue by device class (Estimated Revenue by Device Class).
  • View the number of leads generated over time (Lead Generation Rate)
  • View open test drives by status (Test Drives by Status Reason)
  • View which salesperson leads the sales team in terms of actual revenue generated (Sales Leaderboard)

Salesperson dashboard

The Salesperson Dashboard provides an overview of the salesperson's sales pipeline and other relevant information relevant to his/her role.


In the salesperson dashboard you can:

  • View your open opportunities' estimated revenue by status (Sales Pipeline)
  • View all your open opportunities
  • View all your activities
  • View all your open leads
  • View all your confirmed test drives
  • View all your in progress test drives

Test drive dashboard

The Test Drive Dashboard provides an overview of the firm's test drives and their status.

In the Test Drive Dashboard you can:

  • View all confirmed test drives by day (Test Drives by Scheduled Start (Day))
  • View all confirmed test drives by business facility (Test Drives by Business Facility)
  • View all requested test drives
  • View all confirmed test drives
  • View all test drives in progress
  • View all completed test drives
