Configure Dealer Portal in Annata D365

Important: Please make sure that the Dealer setup and Configuration are completed before attempting to use Dealer Portal. For more information, see Dealer Setup in Annata D365 and Annata D365 Dealer Portal Configuration.

Activate Account and Setup New Password

To access Dealer Portal, you need a Dealer Portal user account and the sign in credentials. If you do not have an account, contact the administrator. If you are a new user, you need to activate your account and set up your password for the first-time login.

Note: Once activated, you can sign in to Dealer Portal. For more information, see Sign In. However, you can only use the functions after the administrator assigns at least one dealer to your user account. If you do not have access to any dealer, contact the administrator.

To activate account and setup new password,

  1. Click the link in the Dealer Portal Invite email.
  2. Enter a new password and confirm the password.
    Note: Password must contain at least 6 characters long, including special
    characters, upper/lowercase, and numbers.
  3. Select 'Activate Account'.

Sign In

To sign in,

  1. Navigate to the Dealer portal link.
    Note: The website uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience on Dealer portal.
    To view the Privacy and Cookie Policy, click the provided link. Accept the policy by
    clicking the 'Accept' button. For sign in assistance, click 'Contact Us'.
  2. To sign in, select 'Sign In'.
  3. Enter your registered email address and password. Then, select 'Sign In'.
  4. Once successfully signed in, select a dealer from the Select Dealer dialog.
  5. After selecting the desired dealer, the Dealer portal homepage will greet you.
    Note: The page is tailored to the roles assigned to you.

Sign Out

To sign out,

  1. Select your user account on the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Sign out.

Change Dealer
You can sign in to one assigned dealer only at a time. However, you can still change the dealer without signing out.  
To change dealer,

  1. Select 'Change Dealer' at the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select a dealer.

Note: The system will refresh the current screen with the records of the newly changed dealer. For example, the All parts orders list, All parts invoices list, All device orders list, and All device invoices list will now show the records of the newly changed dealer.

Reset Password

If you forgot the registered password of your Dealer Portal account, you can easily reset it.
To reset password,

  1. Select 'Forgot Password?' in the Sign In dialog box.
  2. In the Forgot Password window, enter the registered email address to receive the reset password link.

Note: Password must contain at least 6 characters long, including special characters, upper/lowercase, and numbers.

Change language

You can freely change the language throughout the Dealer portal at any time.

To change language, select a language at the top right-hand corner of the Sign-In page or the navigation bar.
